Nawras connects to WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business Platform API, the one Meta designed for businesses. Two ways to do it: keep the number you already use in the WhatsApp Business app, or dedicate a number to automation. Either way, the number stays registered in your name, and you disconnect it whenever you want — without losing anything.
There are two ways to plug WhatsApp into software. Only one of them is what WhatsApp intended.
Most tools sold in Morocco drive a WhatsApp Web session the way a human would, only faster. That breaks WhatsApp's terms of use, and the penalty comes without warning: the number goes down overnight, together with the conversations it carried.
Nawras talks to WhatsApp through the interface Meta publishes for businesses. Not one line of our code drives WhatsApp Web — there is none, anywhere. That is what makes a number connected to Nawras carry no risk on that front.
Your number is registered on your own WhatsApp Business account, in your name. Nawras accesses it with your authorisation. A number can only be linked to one merchant: nobody else can claim it while it is with you.

By default, disconnecting only cuts the link with Nawras: your number stays registered and verified with WhatsApp, and you can come back without redoing anything. Making it available to another tool is a separate checkbox — because that is the one that forces you to verify everything again.
Unplugging a number erases no conversation. The history stays available in Nawras, exactly as before.
WhatsApp may ask you to verify a number again — it is expected, and it happens to every number sooner or later. You receive the code by SMS or by call, and you enter it from Nawras. Nobody needs to step in for you.
Your plan allows a certain number of connected numbers. Only active ones count: unplugging one immediately frees a seat for another.
They do not come from us, and no tool can get around them. Better to know them before choosing.
When a customer writes to you, WhatsApp opens a 24-hour window during which you — or the agent — answer whatever you want, with no limit and no template fee. That is the normal case for an order confirmation: the customer replies, the conversation lives.
Past that deadline, WhatsApp only allows a message whose text was approved in advance — that is what keeps the platform from becoming a spam channel. Nawras lets you create those messages, put up to three buttons on them, and send them to the right customers.
WhatsApp allows more. We stop at three: beyond that, buttons fold into a menu the customer has to open — and a button nobody opens is a button nobody clicks.
These rules apply to every tool that goes through the official API. A tool that promises to ignore them is not going through the official API.
A connection is not just the day you plug it in.
The key that lets Nawras send in your name is encrypted before it is stored. The day you disconnect, it is not disabled: it is erased.
Every incoming message carries a cryptographic signature that we verify before we even read it. A message that does not truly come from WhatsApp never enters your conversations.
You can silence a number's automatic replies at any moment. Your customers' messages keep arriving — these are two separate switches, and they will stay separate. A customer who writes never falls into the void.
Connecting or disconnecting a number is recorded: who, when, which number. And the operation is indivisible — either everything is saved, or nothing is. There is no half-connected state.
No. If you already use a number in the WhatsApp Business app, you keep it: you authorise Nawras, you confirm a code received by message, and you keep answering from your phone as before. Dedicating a new number is still possible if you prefer to keep the two lines apart.
