Never rejected, even on a paused account

Subscription paused or quota reached, the order is still recorded, set aside outside the pipeline, then handed back to the flow as soon as the account is active again. Your shop does not stop because an invoice is waiting.

Every phone number is brought back to the +212 format. A landline, a foreign or truncated number still comes in — but flagged. You know which order is about to cost you three calls.

Nothing is invented

The same city ID points to a different city from one carrier to the next: 0% overlap between the Sendit and AMEEX reference lists across 466 shared IDs. Nawras resolves the city inside the chosen carrier's own list, on every shipment.

The dirham is not a setting

Prices, margin, cash on delivery, and payouts are in MAD. No currency to pick, no rate to watch, no conversion to double-check.

The carrier's own label, not a copy

The document the carrier issues is the authority: Nawras neither crops it nor redraws it. The formats your printer expects — A4, four to a sheet, 100 × 100 thermal — are composed from that same document, where the carrier allows it. And it is one print dialog for a whole batch, not one per parcel.

The pickup is requested from Nawras

Parcels named one by one, an address to collect from, or a stamped delivery note: every carrier has its own shape, and Nawras sends the right one. The batch closes, and what left stays written down — with the reference the carrier returned.

The carrier is the one writing into your order

Every event arrives through a signed channel and moves the order forward on its own: in transit, failed attempt, rescheduled, delivered, returned. You no longer open the carrier's website to find out where a parcel is.

The real fee replaces the estimate

Estimated, then confirmed, then invoiced — never the other way round. And as long as the amount is unknown, it stays unknown: your margin is never computed with a convenient zero.

Once a parcel is handed over for pickup, the carrier accepts no correction — not the address, not the amount. Nawras tells you before you close the batch, not after.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No, and there is none anywhere: Nawras never asks for a card. The Free plan starts with no commitment, and a paid plan is settled by bank transfer, against an invoice you issue from your account.
Does the Free plan hide any features?
No. WhatsApp, the AI agent, integrations, stock and finances are on every plan. Only the volumes change — and every one of them is written on the pricing cards, including the number of automation rules and WhatsApp numbers.
What happens if I go over my order limit?
You are warned at 80% of the volume, then at 100%. Past that, your store keeps sending: the order is still recorded and waits in a dedicated queue, outside the flow, until you move up a tier. No order is ever refused.
Can I connect my YouCan or Shopify store?
Yes. YouCan, Shopify, WooCommerce and a Google Sheets file plug in from the settings; for your own sales page, an API creates the order directly. The same order sent ten times is written only once.
Who on my team can see my margins?
You decide, role by role. A confirmer sees orders and WhatsApp, neither the cash nor the margins. A driver sees their round and the money they collect, nothing else. And billing is reachable by the account owner only.
Is my WhatsApp number at risk?
Nawras runs on the official WhatsApp Business API: your number is registered with Meta, with your message templates approved. It is not a bot plugged into WhatsApp Web, and your customers have nothing to install.
How does the AI agent work?
You pick its role — seller, confirmer or support — and its language, darija included. It only offers products from your catalogue, prices and delivery fees come from the server, and nothing is recorded without an explicit yes from the customer.
